Job Description:

This is an entry-level position open to candidates with 0-3 years of expertise in software development and testing. The incumbent must go through our training program. After successfully completing the training program, you will be assigned to teams and positions based on the company needs. The roles could be in development, testing, or any other field of engineering, depending on the business needs.

Role and Responsibility:

• Take part in a new hire-tailored bootcamp to improve software development abilities during the first 90 days of hiring.
• Convert business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Develop, implement, and test software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to design and maintain the needed TDD/CI/CD development and Q/A environments.
• Provide comments and impact to the design process to help us construct a tested platform, applications, and data models.
• From the start, prioritize quality, performance, and dependability.
• Take responsibility for your work and see it through the entire software development life cycle.
• Investigate and resolve defects in the established system.
• Help establish non-functional needs and build and test solutions that can meet them.
• Write clean, efficient, well-designed, and documented code.
• Perform software analysis, programming, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Join a distributed Agile team and help it succeed and improve.

Education and Skills:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You are passionate and enthusiastic about programming and software quality.
• Ability and willingness to cooperate and interact with distributed teams
• A can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Some expertise with Java or .NET-based apps, RDBMS, and web services.
• Development experience with SOA and microservice architectures.
• A readiness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs
• 0-3 years of previous experience programming and testing
