Job description for analyst trainee
You will be responsible for performing database queries, CRUD operations, and writing stored procedures. You will prepare and execute tests, analyze and resolve service tickets, and demonstrate proficiency in IT service management and data analytics tools, with a strong drive for innovation.
- Understand the relationships between tables and create queries to retrieve data from the database.
- Using a low-level design, perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures.
- Prepare test cases, scripts, and data, then run both manual and automated tests.
- Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets using standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrate expertise in IT service management and data analytics tools.
- Possess a strong desire to develop and experiment with initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria for Analyst Trainee
- Applicants must have completed a three-year full-time degree (BCA, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or associated fields) in 2023 or 2024.
- Candidates must have a continuous academic record of at least 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (rounding to 59.9% is not permitted).
- Recruits must have a minimum 60% aggregate in their current degree and no outstanding arrears when they join.
- Students who have applied for re-evaluation and are awaiting results will be validated using the initial declared scores.
- Appropriate CGPA-to-percentage conversion will be examined according to university norms.
