Key Responsibilities for Account Manager
- Develop and sustain excellent, long-term client connections.
- Deliver data, voice, and fixed-line business/revenue as per goals.
- New account break-in (hunting) for data, voice, and fixed lines.
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to current clients.
- Create and maintain healthy funnels for all three lines of business with predetermined levels of maturity.
- Track and analyze competition plans, and get insights for market intelligence.
- Negotiate and close orders/contracts to increase revenue.
- Ensure that our solutions are delivered on time and successfully, according to the expectations of our clients.
- Enabling the direct or indirect resolution of any client issue through internal support teams.
Key Responsibilities for Store Manager
- Manage and guarantee that operations follow pre-defined SOPs while maintaining the store’s look and feel in accordance with rules and standards.
- Control inventory levels, conduct frequent stock checks, and work with the supply chain to ensure optimal product availability.
- Oversee visual merchandising efforts to ensure that product displays and store layouts are appealing and consistent with the brand.
- Effectively track store transactions and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial targets are fulfilled.
- Implement security and loss prevention tactics to protect inventory and assets.
- Accountable for clearing the shop for formal launches across dimensions, as well as refit and conversion.
