Key Responsibilities:
- Support production quality using QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)
- Analyze and resolve quality issues on the shop floor
- Conduct line audits and ensure standard compliance
- Update control plans and quality documents
- Reduce customer complaints and non-quality costs
- Ensure product & process changes follow 4M standards
- Authority to stop production if quality or safety risks are found
Educational Qualifications:
- Education: BE / BTech in
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Production/Industrial Engineering
- or related disciplines
- Freshers or early-career candidates are eligible
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality concepts is preferred
Skills:
- Knowledge of quality tools (QRQC, audits, control plans)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in a production environment
Salary (Expected):
