Responsibilities:

  • Track client issues from inception to end and ensure they’re remedied.
  • Speak with internal teams (engineering, customer success) to resolve technical difficulties.
  • Logs and system alarms can be used to identify bugs and product issues.
  • Provide clear help messages, tutorials, and documentation.
  • Manage support tickets to ensure SLAs (response times) are satisfied.
  • Handle pressing issues swiftly in severe situations.
  • Determine the fundamental cause of recurring problems and assist in preventing them.
  • Improve support processes, such as workflows, ticketing, and training.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new members of the customer care staff.

Skills Required:

  • Good at communicating clearly (written and spoken) with customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of tools like logs, metrics, and alarms.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or dealing with data tools (ETL, BI, storage, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with curiosity and a desire to progress.
  • Team player able to interact across functions (support, engineering, product)
