- Conduct milk testing using various instruments such as MBRT, SNF, FAT, etc. to ensure quality standards.
- Identify adulterants in milk samples and report findings accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to milk testing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Desired Candidate Profile
👉Desirable Skills & Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in dairy industry or similar field (milk testing).
- B.Sc degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Computer skills for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
- Proficiency in identifying adulterants in milk samples through visual inspection or laboratory tests.
