- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers through verbal and written means.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data using electronic health records (EHRs) systems like Oasis.
- Conduct home health visits to patients’ homes to assess their condition and provide medical care.
👉Candidate Profile & Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in Home Health Coding or related field (BCHHC).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding principles (CPT & ICD-10).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
