As a junior software engineer, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and delivery of software that can be used by large and innovative enterprises worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to understand what users require and ensure that the finished product meets—or even exceeds—their expectations.

Role and Responsibility:
- Please read and comprehend the project specifications.
- Create and write down software designs that adhere to the company’s norms and regulations.
- Find and fix software problems that are a little challenging but not too complex.
- Write code, create small test programs (unit tests), and ensure that everything is working properly.
- Test and debug features to ensure they perform as planned.
- Design solutions for features of medium complexity.
- Attend team meetings where everyone evaluates each other’s code to enhance quality.
- Assists in estimating how much time and effort a task will require.
- Attend conversations regarding requirements and design plans before beginning work.
- Work with other teams, such as support, services, or project managers, as needed.
Education and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh grads are welcome, particularly those willing to master new skills.
- Excellent grasp of Core and Advanced Java or .NET programming.
- A thorough understanding of how web technologies work.
- Experience in object-oriented programming in Java or .NET.
- Some expertise with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Experience with recent front-end frameworks (React knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of database systems and transactional processes (understanding SQL is preferred).
- Good communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methods of working.
- Capable of working well in teams and cooperating with others.
