Tech Mahindra Limited is currently looking for Customer Support Associates for a voice-based approach in its customer care business. This is an excellent chance for recent graduates seeking to begin their careers in business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer support. The job entails offering exceptional customer service to e-commerce clients.

Key Job Details:

Work Schedule:
  • 6 working days per week.
  • 1 rotational weekly day off (this will not always be on weekends).
  • Rotational shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
Type of Process:
  • Voice process—you will handle customer queries and issues over phone calls.
Nature of Work:
  • Provide customer support for e-commerce customers, assisting them with order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and other inquiries.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum qualification of 10+2 (higher secondary) or diploma (10+3).
  • Candidates who are currently pursuing studies are not eligible for this role.
Preferred Candidates:
  • Freshers are welcome and will be given preference.
  • Candidates with prior experience in customer service may also apply.
Language Requirements:
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Clear pronunciation and confident speaking ability are essential.
Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of computers, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of operating systems (OS) for troubleshooting simple technical queries.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to consumer calls for e-commerce assistance.
  • Listen aggressively to client concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
Problem solving:
  • Help clients resolve order-related issues such as delayed deliveries, incorrect products, returns, and refunds.
  • To handle difficult issues, coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Record Keeping:
  • Keep precise records of client interactions and solutions delivered.
  • Follow the company’s documentation processes.
Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all communications fulfill the company’s quality requirements.
  • Follow policies governing data privacy and customer information protection.
