Managing the warehouse and ensuring supply to wholesalers.
Optimize the stock of outmoded completed goods in the warehouse.
Ensure continuous RM/PM supply to productions in the absence of the LD&T manager.
Coordination with the transporter to ensure timely positioning of trucks.
Determine the danger in transportation lanes and how to mitigate it.
Conduct monthly transport capability assessments and offer input to the GP team.
Ensure all regulatory compliance for FG transportation and dispatch in order to meet demand.
Reduce warehouse operation costs by increasing productivity.
Ensure warehouse hygiene and meet all required standards.
Ensure FIFO through a systematic review mechanism.
Ensure the dispatch area fulfills all safety standards and is ready for audits.

Plan routes efficiently to enhance production.
Delivering Secondary Monthly Targets and Gross Revenue Growth
Increase net distribution by expanding the number of outlets served.
Ensure stock availability and rack execution according to the planogram.
Increases weighted distribution by expanding the number of SKUs in existing outlets.
Increasing client happiness through market relationship building
One-on-one training for PSRs to develop business understanding and sales capability.
Monthly target setting for each salesperson.
Regular sales reports are used to monitor salespeople’s performance.
Works with salespeople in the market to coach them on market execution.
Communicates incentives and motivates salespeople to meet targets.
