Role and Responsibility:
- Take charge of complicated software projects from inception to implementation.
- Manage software delivery scope, risk, and deadline.
- Has good fast prototyping skills and can quickly convert concepts into working code.
- Contribute to front-end and back-end development with cloud technologies, including software development tools such as React.js and Python.
- Create innovative solutions using generative AI technologies such as OpenAI and Microsoft CoPilot.
- Conduct code reviews to guarantee code quality and consistency with best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.
- Identify and effectively address technical challenges
Education and Skills:
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of experience in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- Alternatively, a diploma and 4-7 years of experience are required.
- Good understanding of user experience (UX) design ideas and how they are applied in software development.
- Proven experience with Jira for project management and agile development methods.
- Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including standard coding, testing, and deployment processes, as well as methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or another computer language.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (for example, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk).
- Experience using data processing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or comparable
- Experience with human resource systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
