The Retail Business Services (RBS) team is now organized around three goals: website setup for new products, support services for keeping things current on the website, and defect resolution in the supply chain. The RBS team is seeking Associate-Catalog candidates. As an associate at RBS, you will help to enhance customer sales by implementing high-quality processes for creating and maintaining product lifecycles on the Amazon website.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, conducts a variety of activities related to populating/acquiring content for product catalogs on the Amazon website.
- Duties may involve creating content, populating content from various sources (including internet research), interacting/coordinating with vendors/manufacturers, discovering and correcting errors/complaints, keeping records of work received and work accomplished, and so on.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of 40 wpm with 100% accuracy.
- Preferably a domain expert.
Ability to:
